Pricing
All prices in the website are already discounted.. Please be
aware that we sometimes run specials on the website, so keep an
eye on that. Website prices are subject to change without notice
due to rising product cost or simple errors.
Shipping Policies
Most orders ship same day via UPS ground. When you get off the phone you will know when your order will ship, no guess work involved. (Quicker delivery options are available at extra charge such as overnight, 2nd day air, etc.)
All orders over $100 ship free. All orders below $100 are subject to a $9.95
shipping charge except where noted. Shipping prices continue to
climb, but we are doing our best to keep the price down for our
customers. $9.95 is a minimal charge that usually does not cover
the actual cost of shipping, but allows us to recoup some costs,
so that we can continue to pass on great deals to you, the customer.
Shipping prices are for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. All
other states or countries will ship at actual shipping price via
US Mail, to be determined when order is processed.
Returns
All returns must be accompanied by either the return slip portion of your packing slip or a copy of your invoice. Please include a daytime phone number incase we need to reach you.
-All returns must be in resellable, unused condition and include all parts and hardware. Any return that is worn and considered used will be returned at your cost.
-All returns must be returned in the original packaging inside another box. Do not send back an item with the label written or placed on the orginal packaging, this is not considered resellable, if you do it will either be returned to you are your cost, or refunded less a repackaging fee.
-All clothing must be returned in the original clear bag. This keeps dust and packaging supplies off the clothing as well as preventing unnecessary wear. Any clothing returned without the bag will be refunded less a $5 repackaging fee.
-There are no returns on special order or clearance items.
-You have 30 days to return an item for full credit, after 30 days a 10% restocking fee will apply. After 90 days no returns will be accepted.
We do offer assistance if you have a question about one of our products, but this is assistance only, not a guarantee. Our assistance is based upon product information from the manufacturer and information from you, the customer, about your machine. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
